I ordered flowers for a friend that was at Kaiser off Alton in Irvine through the website, website was easy to use and loved the arrangements that were posted. Next morning, I was notified that my friend was being released same day the flowers were supposed to be arriving. I made a very frantic call to the flower shop and left a voice mail message. I got a return call immediately from Irvine Florist marketplace and the nice lady told me that they would process the order immediately and deliver it right away. My friend got the flowers with 2 hours to spare before she was released, and the flowers did look like the picture on the website. My friend loved them, she said they were beautiful. This is what I call excellent customer service and going above and beyond. I will definitely be using Irvine Florist Market again!!

The flowers went to my mother, but she loved them. I appreciated the 1 day delivery ... i got an email right away when it was delivered. My mother told me the quality of the flowers was excellent -- roses smelled wonderful. Thank you for helping me make her birthday special.
