Product photos may occasionally represent an overall theme, style, or color palette and may include a one-of-a-kind vase or container that cannot be replicated exactly.

While the finished bouquet may not match the photo precisely, we will preserve its overall look and feel. From time to time, substitutions of flowers and/or containers may be necessary due to weather, seasonality, or market availability. In these cases, we will maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your selected arrangement and will only substitute items of equal or greater value. If any specific flowers, colors, containers, or design elements are especially important to your order, please include those details in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us directly to confirm availability.

1.Can I get my flowers delivered the same day?Absolutely! For same-day flower delivery, make sure to place your order before the cut-off time. We deliver from Monday to Saturday; however, please note that our daily delivery slots are limited.

2.Can I choose a specific delivery time?While you can select a preferred delivery window during checkout, please understand that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

3.What if the recipient is unavailable during delivery?We adhere to a one-time delivery attempt policy. If the recipient is unreachable, our driver will try to leave the bouquet with someone nearby, like a receptionist or a leasing office. A signature isn't needed upon delivery. If no one can take the flowers, they'll be left in a secure location at the provided address.

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
