16 October 2026I had an overall great experience. I ordered online. Everything was as I ordered. My daughter love her flowers. They are very beautiful. I only have one issue and it was my mistake. I gave an address because my daughter is in college for the office because I thought it would be safer. when I found out that the office does not accept packages for the students I contacted Irvine marketplace and let them know and asked them to call her when they got there so she could come out and pick them up. They said that they would five minutes later I get a notification saying the flowers have been delivered . They sent me a photo of where they was left and my daughter had to walk a ways to get them. Anybody could have picked them up and walked away with them because it’s a college campus but thank God someone held them for her. but overall, my experience was good. I gave the wrong address in the beginning, but I believe they could have accommodated me a little bit more in the end by calling her and meeting her to get her flowers like they said. I know it was last minute asking for a change. But I will definitely use them again!
