I live on the east coast, and wanted to send something to a family member . I ordered online, which can be a crap shoot. The ordering process was seamless, I promptly received a confirmation email. The flowers were delivered next day as promised, and I received a picture of the actual flowers. They were as pictured.. just beautiful! The recipient loved them!
